Did you know he is a great-grandson of last Ottoman Minister of Internal Affairs Ali Tefvik Pasha, which is good enough for me. I'd vote for him. Go Boris, go!

He certainly doesn't look like Ali Tefvik Pasha (I would imagine). And a more English toff you couldn't find. perhaps that immigrants' over-compensation.
